I got my 50th anniversary model#505 for my 50th birthday from my wonderful wife as a birthday present.

I looked for dyed wood, but ended up using two white, one red, one blue, acrylic pen blanks glued together. Thanks for your suggestions.

I want to make a bottle stopper from red, white , and blue veneers. How do I make a blank? What kind of glue? This is for friend who just became a U.S. citizen. Thanks for any help and or suggestions.
