Just did a total conversion of my 520 to a Mark 7. Now what to do with the parts I took off my machine. Motor, sheaves, speed control, ets. When I broke down the headstock it was almost as clean as a new machine. Really I have usted it very little.

Don't use a pencil to punch the original holes. I stumbled on this by accident. I put the template up on a leg to help line it up a little before I used a pencil. The light from the window showed thru the existing holes. I just lined it up, taped it down and did the same on the other three legs ...
