Ah, thank you! That's exactly the sort of thing I was looking for but hadn't found yet.

Thanks, I have found one collar so far (lots of boxes of stuff). Do I use the collars to set the height? Do I need a collar on each tube, or is one sufficient? Also, I realized what was keeping the horizontal position lever from tightening was a vacuum attachment which I popped off.
