This past week I was overhead routing. The depth was minimal as I was only rounding the edge of a 5/8 panel. I had several pieces about 16" square. rounding both sides of the panel. New carbide blade. After about 12 pieces, the unit powered off... I noticed the entire head and quill was very warm ...
