I get better results with just a slight bit more tension than the gauge on the Band Saw calls for. And I use a machinist square to make sure the table is 90% to the blade the fence also. I agree with Dusty on the accuracy of the 510 and 520 system. I have one of each. The one thing I really like more about the 520 system is the knobs are easier for me to tighten and loosen than the rollers on the 510.
