You can delete a post, but not a thread starter.
Perhaps Admin can do it if he sees a need.

You can edit it but you cannot delete it. I often start a thread and then decide not to. When that happens - I institute a "major change".Ed in Tampa wrote:How do I delete this
I've often wondered why a "first post" in a thread cannot be deleted. Maybe Admin will seize this opportunity to explain that rationale.
