Need help sanding taper laminates

Hi I'm new to this forum and the shopsmith mark v. I recently bought a nice near new condition 510 with bandsaw,jointer,and belt sander. I got the mark v for building laminated long bows and recurve. I'm looking for some help in designing a jig to sand down taper laminates for my bow building. I need a taper of 002 per inch and my laminates will be .125 thick and 36" long. Any help would be appreciated.
