Thanks for all the great advice. I am now the proud owner of a bunch of components that may be reassembled into a Shopsmith.
It went of like a heist, gone in under 15 no minutes.
I will be scouring this message board as bring it back to life.

(You could even have a "parts" rig in your front room, like I do. But, I don't have a "better half.")But, did the rear seats fold down?
