The table tilts the scale at 35 pounds give or take what an old bathroom scale is capable if measuring.

Great, informative review.

As for the guessing contest, here's my entry: The small oval nuts look to me like the same hardware used to hold Incra fence extrusions to the Incra protractor heads. Maybe you intend to install an Incra miter gauge and use this to stabilize one end of the fence?

Thought I would add this to what has already been shown. While in function to some other clamps shown this is a different one. I only have one as it is a test purchase and I wanted to play with for a while to see how I liked it and if I might want a second one.

The simple answer if yes I want another.

This is in the catagory of tool that one doesn't have to have but if you can afford it it does make life better.

This is from Lee Valley, I paid $39 for it (got free shipping). It comes as a package dea of the toggle clamp and plate. The plate is alumimum and heavy duty, nice feel to it. The clamp has one of those screws to adjust clamping pressure that I'm beginning to enjoy using. Since it designed as a t-track system when sold as package deal this was a perfect fit to the table I have.

Great photos Ed, and high quality looking table. No Rockler anywhere near here but they will ship to Canada. I get into their store in South Portland, Maine, a couple times a year.....always come away lusting after some goodie or other!:eek:
