how do I post photos to this forum?

This forum does not have instructions on how to post photos or videos.

I need help.

While you are writing (or later editing) your post you then move down to

Upload an Attachment which takes you to Browsing for it, then uploading it,then positioning your cursor at the place in your text where you want it, then select place inline.

Watch that you first select the right image after uploading if you have more than one, else you may place the same image in multiples.

Watch the size of the files you try to attach. I am not sure what the limits are, but there are limits.

The max file size is 2MB. If the picture is larger than that it must be resized. I usually resize my pictures to 640X480 and they are around 200KB. Even 1024X768 is under 300KB. I always use max resolution on my camera which is 4000X3000 and the resulting file is over 4MB so I always have to resize to upload.

Ah but it does. Initiate a post and then look just below the message box. Click on "Attachments" and then either load photo files from your computer or drag and drop them there. Can't get much simpler. Yes, size becomes important but if your image is too large you will be so informed and you will then have to resize it/them.
