What is this part? (Mark V)

Can someone tell me what is the part I attached a picture of? I can't figure it out... I just both a used mark v off Craigslist.

It is missing the two wooden fence faces.


Also it ain't a Mark 5/V part! It fits a Mark VII.

I thought it looked like a shaper fence without the wood, but the mounting holes threw me, so I kept my fingers and keys to myself, because I knew some one else could/give a definitive answer.

Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them. :)
