7 AM 8/15 (total elapsed time 64 hours 15 minutes). Still going strong. Internal thermometer 32 (as explained by Dusty and JPG it should stay there until the ice is gone). Overnight low temperature was 68 degrees.

I have never timed the departure of ice from either of my two coolers but I do believe I would have had nothing but water long ago.

Are you draining the water off or leaving it?
I was thinking a calculation on ice melt might be interesting. Weigh the ice that goes in and the water that comes off like every 6 hours would show a good indication of ice loss over time.
Sounds like a science project to me.

6:45 PM 8/15. Total elapsed time: 76 hours. Still 32 on the inside thermometer. Today's high temperature was 89 degrees.
The melt rate appears to be picking up pace but the beer is sill perfectly chilled!

The water is likely near 32 and does not change when it is opened(hence the do not drain advice).
It should stay near 32 until almost the last chunk of ice is melted.
That last chuck will melt quite quickly I predict. The available 'heat of fusion' will diminish quickly with the decreasing mass.
