JessEm's Pow-R-Tek SR Router - ER20 collets and "special" cooling

That's a really nice system Erik. I have had my eye on those tables with integrated lift for a while. I like both the side mounted height adjustment and elimination of the plate, and therefore the need to precisely align the plate. It is a really nice set up. I'm sure performance is excellent. My current SS router system includes a JessEm fence and Stock Guides. I've been really pleased with those and other JessEm products I've purchased.

I was looking into table routers today, the landscape has changed quite a bit. I couldn't find the JessEm and received the following response from their CS:

"The 05300 Pow-R-Tek SR has been discontinued (please do not try to source one), we are developing a motor in house at our plant in Canada with a future release hopefully at some point in 2027.

There are really no large cylindrical clamping style motors on the market that are reliable, the smaller 3.5” diameter Bosch 1617 or DeWalt 618 are known to be reliable."
