Good point Rob. My dad always taught me to respect my elders, especially the really old cranky ones, so I'm off to poo-poo-ree world. :p

Wow! I ordered the 510 to 520 upgrade over the weekend. It shipped Monday afternoon from Ohio and arrived on my doorstep in Texas this afternoon (Wednesday). I used standard shipping, didn't ask for anything faster. Customer service doesn't get any better than that!!

I also ordered the 510 to 520 upgrade on Monday morning and was floored when it was delivered on Tuesday in the Chicago area. Now just looking for some shop time to get everything up and going. Jan was very helpful to make sure I got the correct update. I would say it was a great service experience.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

This may be an 'oldie' but it is a goodie. Notice the trend? Wait forever(grunble grumble) earlier to I already got it(wow wahoo hurrah)!

I take that as a good sign!:)

STEW: Yes they be very helpful(works best if you do not have a 'transition' model mixture)!(there are two versions). Be glad you reside in the contiguous 48! Certain other worldly islands are subject to unimaginable permutations of model version parts mixes!:D
