lathe tools question

Brand new guy here, and this seems like the only place to ask my question. I just inherited a 80's clone (Wood master). If I had the money I would have bought a real tool, but that's another story. My son has done tons of woodworking in School, mostly cabinet and furniture making. He wants to start turning, and this tool is missing a lot of stuff. Where can I find used parts like a tool rest, Drive center and cup center? It has an Eccentric mount, but thats about it. I know I can buy something with a #2 morse end at my local woodcrafters, would that work? I also need some lathe chisels as well. Right now all it is, is a drill press and disc sander. The motor runs smooth and I am rebuilding the legs from it being a junk holder for 25 years. I have looked on e-bay, but I'm not sure the original or new SS stuff would fit. It is also missing the fence, miter gauge, and arbor for the table saw. Thanks, Joe

If the eccentric center on the tailstock is really MT2 then any MT2 cup center should work.

If the spur center has a 5/8" bore, and the quill shaft is also 5/8"od, then that should also work.

Tool rest may be more difficult. Depends on what the woodmaster provides for a mount.

Anybody's lathe tools should work after being sharpened properly.

I defer to more knowledgeable folks re table/fence question(Ya there Bill???)

You cna also make your own turning tools. They are MUCH cheaper than any you will buy and there's great pride in useing a tool you made yourself. They are easy to make.
