Check with Grizzly.com. Look under "switches" and you will find an appropriate switch.

Re: lock out key
I finally found the switch that I have been looking for. Thanks to BuckeyeDennis:
http://store.eurtonelectric.com/switche ... 66k21.aspx
This switch is properly rated, fits the cut on and is a double-pole-double-throw (DPDT). You can use this to switch both the hot and the return lines if you want to or switch only one and the other side acts as an installed spare.

As a Hardware/Tools Department Manager at Lowe's I can save you a trip; we do not have any keys like what you are looking for. After reading the other posts it looks like your best bet is Grizzly.

As a Tools Mgr at Lowes take a tour through your dept and count the number of switches of that type that you find. It may be a good service to your customers to stock them.

Re: lock out key
You may want to look at Home Depot as the part that Dusty posted has replacement part numbers for both Husky and Rigid tools. You may be able to order it through them.

This is where I brought the few rocker safety switches I have used. http://www.grizzly.com/products/Toggle- ... itch/D4163 Listed for $3.95 on page 287 of the Grizzly catalog.

As much as I would like to see the switches there as well; I have only had one customer in three months as for a replacement safety switch and it was for a Delta Unisaw. When I needed some parts for my Delta DP200 drill press I went through ereplacementparts.com. They had exactly what I was looking for and the prices were pretty reasonable; who knows, they may have Steve's key.
