You can easily resize your pictures on your computer using the software included with your operating system. Every operating system I've been around has the software included with it. Look into that first.

GEE then I wonder why anyone else bothers to do it otherwise.

I have not been very happy with most 'included' programs.

The included software on my computers does exactly what I want and it does it easily. I don't see any reason to look for something else to do that simple job.

To each their own. Glad you are satisfied.

I am much of a human factors freak(less manipulation and logical organization) that interferes with my accepting much of what is purveyed recently. Yes there are notable exceptions.

First thing I disable is 'double click'!

I need double click on my computers, but the first thing I get rid of is the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys. I pry them off my keyboards and toss them in the trash. I have no use for those two keys and they really annoy me if I hit them by accident. Once they are gone, I have a working keyboard.

Interesting how different people do things different ways.

I agree it can be annoying when the caps lock is engaged accidentally, but very occasionally it can be useful. On the other hand, I always keep my Num Lock on so that the numeric key pad is enabled, I find it much easier to enter numbers on the keypad than touch typing the numbers from the top row.

Back in the 80's when I had and Apple II+, I used to type in programs that were printed in computer magazines. They were mostly in basic but the speed critical routines would be in machine code and printed in hexadecimal (base 16). So I taught myself to touch type hexadecimal, letters with my left hand and numbers on the numeric keypad with my right hand. It really sped up typing in those hex dumps.

Oh I think you then have a disabled keyboard.

The only reason one NEEDS double click is because they have not disabled it.

When disabled, a single click will do.

The 'functions' I have a problem with are those that have nothing to do with 'keyboarding input'(alphanumeric). I do not know WHAT causes dumping of current input AND closing the current window(firefox) so one has to logon again and START OVER! If someone knows, clue me in please. I am sure it is a firefox thing.
