I was able to find 16 t-nuts out in the open and not attached to jigs and they all had the center hole threaded and all were easy to thread a bolt into. I have two that have studs mounted in the holes from the factory.

I know I have some that do not have the center hole threaded but at the moment I'm not sure where they are and to what I might have them attached. Some of my jigs I just leave them mounted while others I add when I want to use them.

In terms of today's purchasing options of 4 for $21.25 that is an expensive bunch of t-nuts. I just got a bag of 5/16" t-nuts for my rockler t-track and the bag of 10 was $2.50. I know you can't compare them but still.......

Got the new nut yesterday. Spins on just like it should. Threads are perfect.

That is good news! How about the washer(s) were they also send something better for that as well?

I asked for a new nut only and washer only but they sent all three components again...same washer. I am not gonna bother with asking again on that. This was part of a bigger order....premium casters, wireless DC control etc. I had ordered two 520 alignment jigs. Alas, they sent one. No indication of backorder etc.

Oh well, guess I have to call again tomorrow.

To keep inventory simple, we have reduced the number of varieties of T-Nuts over the years. Currently all 3 holes should be threaded.
