I keep telling people that the best in-feed / out-feed table system for a Shopsmith is another Shopsmith (or 2). With 3 you can have one in front, the actual cutting unit in the center and an out-feed unit behind. You can line them up and use all three fences and the tables can all be tilted the same too. Naturally only the center one has a blade mounted.
One of these is what I use for most simple quick needs:

Maybe you can sneak one out of your local hospital.

I noted you didn't show one sitting in your shop. Had you done so the local hospital may have come calling?!:rolleyes: Jim

well i have a 12" delta planer. so the part is taking care of for now and im not really following you on the hood idea on the rip fence
