Got my SS back in 1984 so yeah I know it has a narrow miter slot. Thought the bar on the rip jig might have been a bit smaller than standard but knew I could machine a little if needed. Got for $17 so I am happy.

There be some cornfusion here. How wide were the bars that did not 'fit'?:confused:
I am thinking that they changed the size of the bar along the way. I can't say how wide the bar was, didn't measure, but I didn't take much off to make the fit.
