Any thoughts/comments/opinions/ideas on setting up a small shop, Shopsmith, cnc machines, or any of the many other things I haven't even thought of yet, would be appreciated. I have been learning a lot on the Shopsmith website, I even know what a dado is now LOL. I have another question for anyone willing to answer, do most/any of you build and mount a shelf across the bottom of the ShopSmith? Usefull? Sawdust collector? Thank you, Artie
Any? Yes. Most? I don't think so. Shopsmith also sells one. People also build cabinets with doors/drawers that fit under and hang from the bench tubes. I will do that soon because my box of stuff is too deep and too full.

My shins are so scared up I don't need anything else to hit them on. I've opted to go with wall mounting and under shopsmith storage but never the shelf. But if it works for you then go for it.
