I have an old stand alone overhead pin router. I believe these two plastic pieces came with them, but I don't see them used anywhere. Anybody familar with them? Thanks,

Tony

They look like home builds to me. They do not appear in anything I've seen related to the machine. The angle parts are original equipment fences from when shopsmith took over the design.

If you do find what they were used for I'd like to know, might be something cool.

As Ed mentioned, it's likely that the previous owner added those fence extensions. Given the miter slots, perhaps they were used to add Shopsmith featherboards for holding stock tightly to the table.

The second picture is one of the fences that came with the unit. It can be bolted to the table as shown or laying down. There were two fences so you could offset them for certain cuts on the table. The white plastic piece did not come with mine.

Both came with my OPR. I'm missing some hard ware, but just some nuts & washers. The slot sort of threw me off.

Thanks!
