no e-mail

Post by pinedust »

Not a woodworking question, more a who to contact question. In talking to SS I have found that my name appears associated with 4-5 customer numbers and has been for quite some time. I receive (snail mail) catalogs infrequently and never get e-mail from SS. My home E-mail seems to work ok for all others contacts and a lot of junk mail but not SS. Could it be the customer number issue.
I am a business owner and have always been envious of the level of service offered by the shopsmith folks. At my business we pride ourselves in taking care of the customer but I'm always impressed by SS.
Anyway is there a particular person I should ask for regarding mailings, electronic or USPS or should I investigate an outlook express setup issue.
Thanks to all.

You might check the spam settings of your isp. I found out that mine was not letting the shopsmith emails through for a while. I had to first disable spam blocking and then re-enable it with the shopsmith domain set to be allowed to pass through.

To contact shopsmith, use their contact page on their web site or call them directly.

pinedust,

Having multiple customer numbers associated with your name shouldn't cause a problem in regards to you getting your emails. If Shopsmith is not already added to your email contacts list, try doing this to solve the problem.
