I just bought last night a SS 510, with a power table, jigsaw and bandsaw.
Would like to upgrade it to 1. tilt on both sides, 2. a 520.
I have found on the net upgrades info but some mention the 520 and other the 520 PRO. Is there a difference between the 2 SS?
If yes, what other kit do I need to buy to make it a PRO?

If buying used, be aware that there have been two versions of the 520. The current version of the 520 has built in magnetic strips on the rails that accept steel rulers/rip scales. The older version does not have this rip scale feature and it cannot be retrofitted.
Congrats on your new toy. Have you used it yet? It has been suggested that you use the 510 first to see if you really want to spend the $ on a 520 package. Now, if you just have money then go ahead but if not you may find you don't need it.

SS Mark V (1983 from Grandfather) upgraded to a 510, pieces to make a 500 mini, SS bandsaw, belt sander, broken scroll saw, and strip sander, Jet VS Mini Lathe, and tons of Lee Valley and vintage Stanley planes. Woodcraft slow speed grinder and a German made Tormek wannabe. Ridgid TS 3650 Table Saw, General 80-075LM Jointer.
I did the 510 to 520 upgrade because of the much better fence system (IMHO).
The fence, however is rather heavy and some of us have had difficulty with the table tilt lock slipping a bit under its load. There is a recent thread somewhere here on that but I can't find it right now. Doc appointment time to leave.
