Bird houses

Running behind on my spring birdhouse projects due to all of this medical crap but thought I would post this simple little project.
We went to a few yard / garage sales last weekend and one of my big buys
was this cute little house. It is about 6" x 6" x 10" tall. I was feeling frivolous and spent a whole .25 cents on this thing. I am going to put a hinged bottom in it and of course a hole and make a mount to mount it on a shed wall up under the edge of the roof where it will not be in the rain. I suspect that the paint and glue are not waterproof so I will stick in a few little glue blocks and hit it with some clear coat to seal it OK. It will almost never get wet but sealing should make it last longer.
I will mount it where I can watch it from my recliner. After I bought this little house about every fourth thing I looked at looked like a potential bird house.
