[img]/img]I was going through a box I got from a guy when I got my belt sander and fond these. Have no clue. FWIW, he had been a real SS guy...but is not living anymore so I couldn't tap his brain. From the look of some of his stuff, he'd been a nice guy to know.

Item number 1. Has 2 set screw and fits on a 5/8 inch shaft.

Item number 2. Looks like there could have been some sort of retaining ring on one end.

Any help is appreciated.

#1 appears to be the lathe screw center without the screw. #2 I am not sure if is actually something for a Shopsmith. But on second thought it could be the stop plunger from a worktable trunnion but I would have to take a look at mine to tell for sure.

Thanks. Would I be able to get a new screw you think? Are they replaceable?

Screw should be a #12 about 1" long. Get one at any good hardware store.
