Chalkboard Table Top

Top, for a chalkboard table. A couple, close up photos were included to show the patina, I choose to leave, for this piece to be rustic. I stripped the majority of the paint off!

I will add spindles to it, to act as the legs!

My daughter and family have a chalkboard wall. Kids love it and it is really cool for almost everyone who visits. She said the paint will work on almost all surfaces so you can even make a jar a chalkboard....

I personally have never done chalkboards, back when our kids were young I don't think they had this paint in the stores for everyone to buy. Now I want to get some to play with but it just hasn't happened yet.

Back when I went to school black boards (chalk boards) were made from slate. :)
