I realize this is pretty basic but is there a step by step video of band saw blade replacement. I read the manual but I'm one of those "has to see it to understand it" kind of guy.

I'm not equipped to do a video but I could take some pictures if that would help. I'm guessing here but I think you will find a similar method to how it is done but the details will vary. The pictures would just show how I do it but it can and is done different ways.

I'm working on a new dust collection system for the bottom of the bandsaw so it is without a blade at the moment. When I get to the point of putting a blade back on I can take the time but only if you think it will help you. If it has got to be a video perhaps someone else could help you with that.

This video shows most of the process, not always with the best camera angle.
There is also a small plate (cast iron table) at the front of the table that will need to be removed (keeps the two sides of the blade slot aligned),(I think the aluminum table might use a set screw for that purpose?)
Once you get the cover off and the blade tension loosened it is pretty self evident how to proceed.

Thanks fellas. I'm going from a 3/8 to 1/2 so not sure if there's much adjustment other than tension.

Nope! That is the beauty of the SS design. Tension is indeed the only thing to adjust when changing blade size.

Now all the other adjustments is an entirely different matter, but once done correctly one can just let them be.

Huh??? How about the backup bearings above and below the table. They certainly need adjustment with different blade widths.

The bearings do not need adjustment but the guides do......... unless you are replacing the same blade or one that is the same width and thickness.
