cv3-what do you see??

I came across this while going through my woodpile. Its screaming to be carved, but what to make it into?:rolleyes:

Hi Mark
That looks like a great piece of wood. It is hard not seeing it from all angles. It looks like (A) and (B) could be worked into a couple fun wood creatures with a wood spirit face on the edge. Or just the wood spirit letting the other shapes just add to the uniqueness of the carving.

I've never noticed these nodules on any wood. Is this a species specific condition?

I think a Mermaid wood fit onto that piece of wood!:D
