Discussion of previous chapter

For most of us I suspect chapter one to have been a nice refresher of safe work rules and habits, and a quick read, so I'm moving on to chapter 2.

One of the beauties of online discussion is that I believe that we can work through this at our own paces, and still interact with those moving through faster or slower than ourselves.
