If you like to make bowls and are not up to speed with lathe tools, try a ringmaster attached to your SS. I love mine and find it comes in handy for making rings quickly. check into it! I don't think I've seen a single post about it:rolleyes:

About the same time I got interested in the ring master, Shopsmith stopped handling it.
Octogenarian's have an earned right to be a curmudgeon.

They are still available new. One source I know of is Porta-Nails (believe they are the manufacturer). The Wooden Post used to handle them and they come up from time to time on Feebay.

Like tfeeken, I enjoy using my ringmaster.
