I see more tools in general available in the spring and assume that's spring cleaning, or they want the money to buy something else. The best prices on Shopsmiths seem to be in the fall though, I think that's because they want that thing out of the garage before winter. But it's mostly 500s for sale all year. I posted one ad here in the thread for a 510 back in April, only $300. Maybe I should have just bought it.
