so a quickie jig and the results are good.
the idea works.
I'll use the four segments I made and post a finished pix when done.
next jig will have a hinged end and some kinda movable space at the other end to give me more angle when wanted.
the salt in the pix is to show what I use it when clamping my segments together. Just a few drops and it prevents the segments from moving apart when clamps are applied. the salt dissolves leaving no gaps.
