I bought a 10e ( sn# 12910 ) at a flea market & am wondering how old it is. I's in nice condition and appears complete. So far I've only been able to find serial numbers for the V series.
From what I gather it's about 60 years old, but it would be nice to know for certain when it was built.

Posting suggestion for you.....when you want to reply to someones post and include their text, first press the "Quote" button at the bottom of their post, then leave their text enclosed in the brackets. That will allow their user name and quote to show up in the white box when you submit your post.
It will look like what is shown below when your replying. I have to intentionally misspell the word "quote" here as "quot
te" so you see what I mean. If I didn't, it would show up in a white box and you wouldn't be able to see the meat of it.
