Thanks everyone.
Just got it off the arbor.
Now I can clean it and get it sharpened.

Re: More On Disappointed In MiterSet
Price on the "standard" is shocking!
I paid 29.50 three years ago and now it's $79 ?
WOW

Re: 5/8" blade stuck in arbor
Thanks for your replies so far. It isn't stuck on the Shopsmith itself. Also, I'll try a penetrant to help. It's been on the arbor for ten years or so. I've now got the long wrench from Shopsmith as well and would it use on the right saw of the saw blade in the last image.. When trying to "loos...

Re: Building a Shorty
How do you remove the tubes from a 510?
What do you cut them with?

5/8" blade stuck in arbor
I have an aftermarket (not Shopsmith) blade I want to get sharpened.
It's stuck in the arbor. I've put WD40 in it overnight.
Cannot get it loose.
Any ideas?

Re: horizontal mortising
To user "sehast"
I am interested in your "horizontal" router setup
How did you create this?
I want to make raised panel cabinet doors for our kitchen. The horizontal router tables available on sale seem cheezy and I've got a Shopsmith 510.

Thanks for the quick replies. When I get back into the shop, I will check this out.
Ed - In the packaging for the dovetail clamps they recommended the same process you outlined.

Matchfit dado clamps - issue with the dado groove in a workb
Just bought the Matchfit dado clamps. Milled a groove into workbench top. My router guide is only 30" long, so I had to set up twice to make one groove. The first dado groove is perfect, the second is to tight for the clamp to slide in w/o force. Since this the very first time using a dado bit,...

Re: Today in the shop (MATCHFIT Dado stop)
Just bought the dado jig and the clamps. Love the clamps, already began modding my workbench with dovetail bit. This will give me flexibility clamping in the middle of the bench, which I always wish I had. Added dado groves to a homebuilt fence for the SS Bandsaw. No more issues with clamps getting ...

510 Fence alignment problems
I have a ten year 510 with the original fence. I cannot get the fence to align parallel to the mitre slot. I have taken apart the pad that has the two screws at the rear of the fence and found both screws were loose and cannot be tightened. I installed two new screws, rethreaded the holes in the fen...
