Problem solved
I reassembled the quill feed and got it working great but the quill was still not traveling freely. I took a close look at the quill and could see two places it was rubbing. I then took 400 grit then 800 grit and finally 2000 grit sandpaper and sanded the inside of the quill feed assembly. After a ...

About 6 months ago I upgraded my Mark V 50th anniversary edition to the Power Pro. Everything went smoothly and the unit runs well. I'm very happy with the upgrade.
