I had an issue where the drive coupler was not tight and spinning on the shaft. When the unit was under load, the coupler was not turning the cutter head on the jointer.

Here is a table saw extension jig I built to assist with supporting my crosscut sled, or using the miter gauge with wider width boards. Used it the other day as I needed to cut some cabinet spacer supports. Using a stop block I was able to cut the spacers to the desired length consistently.

Looks like an interesting concept. It will be interesting to see it when it is completed.
