I am in Titusville, Brevard County near the Cape. Have 2004 Mark V upgraded to 520, plus other various mchines for making sawdust.

Received new disks from SS, placed metal disk & disk itself glue side up in hot florida sun for a hour, mated them together normally and works fine.

OK, called the 800 number and explained what had happened, Jenny advised that the gap, approx1/8inch was the correct alignment on the metal disk. Used mine yesterday with mixed results, it did a fine job, however It eventually broke all three disks that I had in stock. Table checked and was at 4 degrees, only thought that comes to mind is disks have been in hot florida garage awhile, and adhesive failed. Anyone have similar problems?
