Gen 1. No warranty... Debating buying the Gen 2 upgrade and hope it includes a replacement for the part that went bad . If not and it's the power supply, at least its not wasted money.

Gen 1 or Gen 2 PowerPro? This is important because the Gen 2 adds a fuse and a thermal disconnect along with associated wiring into the power input path. Next important question is whether or not it is under warranty.
