This new site still does not have my account details in place. Called on 9/10/24 and was told they are working on recovering all account info from the previous system. My order history appeared shortly after that but now it's gone again. Sorry, but I am not impressed.

Tried to use the new site to view an order I had pending before the new site was released. My account was not recognized? Old passport did not work. Tried to change my password and the message came back that my account did not exist! Created a new account with the same name as my old one. No history...
