Hello. Saw this pop up again. I like some of the advice. Didn't know about the code for Washington. Planned on running electrical to anyways. I was also thinking about tapping into the plumbing for a small sink, but might not. It could be a little much.

Thanks for the advice. Some of the cabinets are against the wall. The one I want to move is the L attached to the cabinets. The goal is to turn it into an island or replace the whole set of cabinets along with a new floor.

My kitchen is in need of remodeling. One of the goals is to get rid of the L-shaped counter and put in an island. With that said, the dumb question... How are my cabinets attached to the floor and can I get to the anchors without tearing apart the cabinet? This project is in the early planning ...

Looking back over some of the posts got me to thinking. I was looking around for a type of gel pack glove that reduces the vibration of a sander. Anyone know about those. Heard that Craftsman had developed a type of sander to reduce vibration, but I already have plenty of great sanders and would ...
