Ed, You are right that is what I am looking at. They are pressed in I had to use a hammer to put the only one I got in. I may have to go thru the box of peanuts to see if maybe if fell out during shipping. Or fabricate one It is just a steel pin. I will try to take a picture in the morning. Thanks a...

ss 510 tablebar and tubes #514344
Folks, I just bought a 510 upgrade for my 500 through another source used. Everything is fine except I beleive I am missing one part. The tubes were removed from the table bar for packing. There was one metal pin that holds the tube to the table bar. Should there have been two one for each tube? Sec...

I will keep mine though because it is helpful in aligning my joiter knives which I don't have to do often but it works well for that task an...

I have the same issue and it did the same to me. I just don't have the budget right now for the reducer but I have done some segmented turning on my SS and made one bowl. It worked other than some catches that I just could not sand out. It takes alot of practice. It looks easier than it really is to...

I did that
I did exactly what you are planning on doing. One problem I have with my setup is the roof clearance for drill press mode. Don't forget about that. The heater and insulation yes I wish I had that done, maybe this spring it is pretty cold out there now and the ss starts up kinda slow at first.

Being one of the newer folks here I did not know your birthday. So here I go HAPPY BIRTHDAY NICK. Thank you for all you are doing. I'm building my first mortise and tenon joints. But now have to buy the tenon master because my attempt at using a router failed to produce a nice joint. I really love y...
