So far today it is working fine. I have had troubles the last couple of days with the connection timing out. I thought it was my network connections.

Re: Opening up the Power Pro head

Well no call back yet, so any questions about parts are unknown. I forgot to mention I was told to Google power pro repair and I did get an interesting hit. Www.shopsmithrepair.com

Re: Opening up the Power Pro head

I just got off the phone with customer service and was told that this is a true change. I told her about this thread. She said she was going to call the owner to find out what we can do if we need repairs. She said she will call me back when she hears from the owner. I will not wait for the call due...

Took longer than it should have for warranty repair which was just a part replacement. I still voted that I am happy with it as I am. The benefits out way the failure....

I only get 80% on medical bills so that is ok as long as I don't get a major hospital stay or other high end e...

Re: New Mark 7 ?

I also am a PowerPro owner and one of the few that had a problem. Mine got fixed under warranty. I love my PowerPro and would buy another one if I had to do it again. My repair did take some time due to personnel transitions and Jim going out on medical leave. I ended up using my extra parts from th...
