Now that the forum is back, has anyone heard when Shopsmith might be taking orders again? I need to order a new hydraulic strut for my lift assist.

Since I cannot post a new thread on this part of the forum, I do want to ask a question. I was given a $100.00 gift card under the previous ownership. Is that gift card still valid or not once the new ownership gets everything up and running?

Looking at the calendar, has anyone approached Shopsmith about an 80th anniversary get together in 2028? Just wondering. It seems the older you get, the faster the time goes.

The whole event was an eye-opening experience. Kudos to you John, Nick, and the rest of the Shopsmith team for putting on this event. I hope they do it again!

I believe that I'm going to stick with my PowerPoint the way it is. If, from my reading this thread is true, I can't justify changing everything out just for an improved digital readout. However, if it would be just swapping out one display for the other, I may change my mind.
