It appears that the Shopsmith Red Storage Cabinets were a great combination for use with the Shopsmith Mark V. Were there problems with the design resulting in the discontinuing the set?

I guess I can assume from the responses (or lack of) very few have purchased these miter extensions and almost everyone builds their own.
Dusty, thanks for your comments regarding the aluminum miter extensions. If there were some drawbacks I am sure comments would have been piling up
