Fantastic!

Howdy folks, I've been using the DC3300 with 24" filter since getting the Shopsmith. Its worked great for my small shop. Yesterday, I noticed it wasn't picking up dust very well, so I checked the bag. The bag was full and so was the filter! I've changed filters once and bags many times. I've be...

Still no response from Shopsmith customer support voice mail, email, and phone call requests. I am starting to get angry about this. I've been on hold with customer support for 30 minutes... They are either selling a lot of stuff or having a lot of problems with their products.

While I wait for a response from SS, I plan to use two nuts, one on the inside and one for outside. I think I have a thin nut that should work. ~mike c

Howdy,

It is a threaded sleeve that was pressed into a hole in the rail. It simply pulled out. I suspect it was installed with some rivet tool.
