If I order the MarK 7 upgrade and have a older gray machine (1990's) will the upgrade parts be a different color?

Thank you for the info.. I will open it up and check the wiring and relay. I know it is not the switch ,as I have left the switch on and toggled my breaker. Sometimes it would run and other times it would trip the breaker.

Thanks for the info. gentleman. I checked Lee Valley and I could not find 5" wheels.

Does anyone know where I can get 5" white grinding wheels? Shopsmith has had them on backorder and my need is sooner than later.

I have the manual ( not much in there for trouble shooting). Could it be starting the unit in high speed instead of low? The only reason I ask is because the speed lever would not go over to (9) (5) is about as far as it would move. Could It be a bad relay? I also own a working powerstation ...
