I enjoy making cutting boards and almost always end up with a board not flat following the glue up process. I am looking for a way to flatten the boards before applying the finish.

I like the idea of adapting the device to the Mark V with the PowerPro headstock

Way Tubes - Satin Chrome Re-Plating

I am preparing to reassemble my early 1980's version Shopsmith 520 after making some additioanl upgrades. I noticed some surface indications on the way and bench tubes. I went to a local polishing and plating shop and they felt the indications had penetrated the plating and were into the bare metal....
