miter guage hold down
Some how I got the impression the miter gauge had a feature you could lock the hold down in place but mine seems to need constant squeezing of the triger mechanism to hold things in place. My unit is from about 1990. Is mine an older design or are they all like this or maybee I am missing something ...

I just bought a used Mark V wich included a jointer and bandsaw attachment.This unit had 2 previous owners and seems to be in good shape,I think it was new in 1990.
