For those that missed the Shopsmith Demo in Franklin, TN, the next one coming up later this week on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be at Lowes in Madison, Alabama which is just east of Huntsville. I also just got mine in the mail yesterday. I will have to go there one of the dates depending on what my scheduled work days show up. It will be great to be around a SS function again even if it is only a demo.

Thanks for sharing your project and the link with the information about how it is used. Not only did you do a great job on the loom but you also are bringing back a tool that you showed can be made for doing what our past generations did. Great job!!

I am agreement with others here as I would have also measured center to center. I would say that the "hole" incident is his loss and your gain. Maybe one day he will come around and apologize for being so rude.

Check out Shop Notes which is also a publication from the same company as Woodsmith. It is more into dealing with plans for making jigs, shop aides and other very useful accessories for the shop. Highly recommend it as well as the Woodsmith magazine. Both very good in come in a format with holes pun...
